Where MitraPura™ Ships:
Our products are shipped from our United States location in Denver, Colorado. If you have ordered any products containing controversial ingredients, please be advised that we do not ship to the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Vermont, Wisconsin, Indiana or Tennessee. Additionally, we DO NOT ship to the following countries:
Domestic (within US) Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 days USPS Priority for any chinese herb orders. E3Live and Source Natural orders are shipped next day of order and are ground shipping from Fedex or USPS Mail Service, unless an item is out of stock. In the event of this occurrence, we will notify you via email along with an estimated restock and ship date.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 days USPS Priority Mail Express. With both methods, we can provide you with tracking and delivery confirmation information via email; however we do not require a signature for package deliveries. Standard shipping charges: minimum prices of $7.95 per order.
- Your carrier will usually deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery; however, with this shipping method we are unable to request confirmation receipts or guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.USPS Priority Mail: generally the package will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Holidays); however, please note that USPS Priority Mail is NOT an overnight shipping option.
Order Processing Deadlines
Orders received before 12:00PM MST, Monday through Friday (except holidays), will typically ship the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will be put in queue to process the next business day. If you order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.
Orders to P.O. Boxes or US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Military Postal Service.
Your chinese herb order is discreetly shipped in a plain unmarked package with the address of MitraPura. If the package is shipped through a particular carrier such as Fedex or USPS, your package could also arrive in that company’s official packaging.
We occasionally offer special promotions for free or discounted shipping. These promotions have strict eligibility requirements.
Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, a date listed next to the product stating when the product should be back in stock should be adjacent to the product. If you have ordered a product and it is discovered to be out of stock AFTER you have already completed your purchase, we will send you an email with an approximate “back in stock” and subsequent delivery date.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Our system will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. You may also receive a notification from the USPS services with a tracking number. Carriers do not pick up packages on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order-processing deadline, you will likely experience a delay between the shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The time frame for the shipment method selected will begin when the carrier picks up the package for delivery.
At MitraPura™ we are committed to your complete satisfaction of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you may return any MitraPura product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund provided the following requirements are met:
- You must send an email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 30 days of purchase date.
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
- Items need to be at least 75% of the original volume; upon receipt, items will be weighed to confirm this requirement.
- You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product.
- You must include the RMA Number with your return. Returns without an RMA Number will not be processed for a refund. To obtain an RMA Number, please send a return request via email to email@example.com. Please include the following information:

If the aforementioned requirements are satisfied, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to our Returns Department; you may receive a refund more quickly. Estimated refund time includes: transit time for MitraPura to receive your return from shipper (5 to 10 business days), time to process your return once Return Dept receives your package (2 to 3 business days), and the duration of time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your successful refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
