How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, after selecting amounts and sizes, simply click the “Add to Cart” icon on an individual product page. You may change quantities or bulk pack amounts in your shopping cart by scrolling down on a desired quantity or pack amount.  If you are already in your shopping cart, simply scroll down to your desired new number and hit the “Update Cart” button. To remove an item, simply click the delete/remove button. Once complete, please click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Once in the checkout area – enter your information as directed.


Is shopping online safe?

We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server. And we will not release any of this information to any third party.


What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  No COD’s.  If you place an order by phone, we will accept checks.  Please allow 1 week extra for phone/check orders.


Is there any sales tax?

If you live in CA, MA, FL or MI, we will email you with your total incl. sales tax.


What are your shipping rates?

To learn about our shipping rates please visit our Shipping Info page. You can also add items to your cart, click Checkout, and proceed through step 2 of the checkout to see your shipping rates for a particular order.  $3.99 is always the minimum amount charged for shipping for any order.


Can I ship to Alaska/Hawaii?

We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please fill out the Contact Form below with your contact information and order details and we will contact you by phone to complete your order. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska and Hawai’i.


Do you ship to international destinations?

International orders must be made by phone, please contact us on our client support line if you have questions about international packages. 001.303.457.5767.


How do I send a gift to another address?

To send to a different address, simply select “or enter a new address” in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient’s address.


I need to ship these to two different addresses. Can I combine them into one order to save on shipping?

Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each order.  Save on shipping by ordering in bulk and a bigger purchase.


How do I use a gift certificate?

The entry point for your e-gift-certificate is found on the shopping cart page. Please enter your code into the “coupon code” box and the gift card will be used, either for the full order amount or in combination with a credit card, to pay for the order.

We unfortunately may not do this retroactively, so please follow these instructions thoroughly and email us if there are still problems before completing your order!


I don’t like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by check/money order?

Yes, orders placed with a check/money order must be placed by phone. Call us 303-457-5767. Please keep in mind that pricing may differ on orders placed over the phone due to any web specials. Additionally, please allow extra time to receive your order since we will not process things until your check clears at our bank.
