In comparison to oranges, camu camu may provide 30 times more vitamin C, ten times more iron, three times more niacin, twice as much riboflavin, and 50% more phosphorus. It also has a full complement of minerals and amino acids that might aid in the absorption of Vitamin C.

Started taking camucamubecause of an iron deficiency and also because I seemed to always be getting sick, so I thought the vitamin c and iron would be a “two birds with one stone” approach with this product. I’ve only been taking it for a month but I already sense I have more energy and haven’t felt the slightest bit sick. Great product.
